We are a Virgin Islands company, hand-crafting countertops, bar tops and other custom surfaces using recycled glass we collect locally. The VISTONE mission is to protect and preserve our islands by offering a sustainable product that not only helps combat the growing waste crisis, but stimulates the local economy through jobs and distribution.
Each slab we produce includes nearly 550 pounds of recycled glass that we carefully break down, sort and combine into unique patterns and color palettes, inspired by our Caribbean surroundings. Unlike traditional marble or granite, VISTONE will provide a beautiful, custom piece that no only will your guests love, but that you will feel proud of for making a difference.
VISTONE is a family business dedicated to rescuing glass from local bars & restaurants that would be otherwise thrown into a landfill.
We collect discarded bottles and jars from around the island.
Each glass mixture is blended with concrete to create the perfect accent piece for your home or business
Granite and marble are considered to be unsustainable materials as they are non-renewable and their impact on the environment is irreversible – particularly on water and air pollution.
A large percent of the marble used in interior design is also excavated in countries across the world, like Italy and India.
